What documents are required to start transport with SLT?
For standard transport, the usual requirements are: commercial invoice, packing list, cargo details, and contact information of the parties involved.
For customs clearance, our customs department will inform you of any additional required documents.
Before starting the process, we verify the accuracy of the documents to avoid delays.
Can SLT handle a project with multiple senders or recipients?
Yes. On a daily basis, we work with multi-stage projects where cargo comes from different suppliers or has various delivery destinations.
We coordinate all points of the process: warehouses, transit, consolidation, distribution, and final shipments.

How does SLT ensure control and predictability of deliveries?
Each shipment is managed by a dedicated manager who oversees the routes, collects status updates from drivers, warehouses, and partners, and keeps the client informed about key stages in real time.
Our specialists monitor shipments continuously, and in case of delays, the client receives immediate notifications along with possible alternatives.

Where are SLT warehouses located and how does consolidation work?
We have two warehouses in Poland: Pruszków (rail direction) and Gdańsk (sea direction).
At these locations, we carry out unloading, receipt, sorting, palletizing, repackaging, storage, and LCL consolidation before shipment by sea, rail, or road transport.
We handle cargo of any volume — from small batches to large shipments.

Can SLT adapt to individual requirements — deadlines, urgent shipments, or partial logistics handling?
Yes. SLT works flexibly and adapts processes to the needs of freight forwarders.
We can organize urgent transport, operate according to an individual schedule, or handle only part of the logistics process — for example, just the warehouse, just the transport, or only customs clearance.
The client decides on the scope of cooperation, and we ensure stability and full control at every stage.
