SLT launches its own customs agency — even greater control and operational efficiency for clients
In December 2025, SLT Trans Logistic took another important step in developing its services by launching its own customs agency operating within the SLT structure.
This is a natural stage in the company’s growth and a response to clients’ increasing needs for comprehensive, fully controlled logistics and customs handling.
Until now, customs services were carried out in cooperation with external partners, which in some cases extended decision-making and coordination processes. Today, all activities — from document verification and goods classification to import and export procedures — are handled by SLT’s in-house customs agency.
What do SLT clients gain?
The launch of an in-house customs agency means:
-
Faster customs clearance – without additional intermediaries and unnecessary delays.
-
Greater control over the process – full oversight of every stage of the customs clearance.
-
One operator – transport, warehousing, consolidation, and customs services delivered within one SLT structure.
-
Cost stability – internal procedures enable predictable and competitive solutions.
-
Clear communication – a dedicated account manager coordinates the entire process and provides ongoing updates.
Launching an in-house customs agency is not only an expansion of SLT’s offering, but also a reinforcement of operational independence and another step toward building stable, reliable supply chains.
SLT continues to invest in infrastructure and expertise to deliver the highest service standards for logistics and freight-forwarding companies in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
